Holler is seeking a passionate and proven Sales leader to scale the company in existing verticals and make entrance into new ones. Holler needs an experienced leader to aggressively build out a global sales organization. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of a high performing Sales organization 
  • Forecasting and achieving consistent pipeline and revenue growth
  • Hiring and training all direct sales staff
  • Scaling the sales organization supporting revenue growth within the US market with an eye towards International markets expansion in 2021
  • Designing and implementing compensation plans
  • Implementation of Sales Enablement programming
  • Creating board-level sales reports
  • Working closely with the CEO and COO to align on growth strategy and addressable market 
  • Participation in global industry events

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • 5+ years at the VP level or higher
  • Existing relationships with C level executives within the Media Agency, Marketing, and Advertising communities.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong, demonstrable performance in previous roles
  • Proven ability to attract and onboard top talent
  • Proficient in all tools, techniques and methods of Digital Media measurement and analysis
  • Outstanding communication skills and positive motivator
  • Experience managing Global teams; with an emphasis on EMEA and APAC a plus
  • Experience with Chinese companies a plus
  • Experience in the Messaging or social platform space a plus
