Critical to that goal, we need to hire the best and brightest talent and are seeking a creative recruiter to help us in that mission. Reporting directly to the Head of People, as the second hire of the people team, you will be responsible for building a scalable recruiting process, managing a large number of open positions for the company and providing support to other people ops initiatives as needed. 


  • Partner with Head of People to build a best in class recruiting process that is efficient and effective. 
  • Implement and launch applicant tracking system ensuring engagement and usage of the system.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, face-to-face interviews, offers and closing. 
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. 
  • Strategize on best use of recruiting budget to attract the best, most relevant applicants.
  • Manage any external recruiting agency relationships. 
  • Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with hiring managers through strategy meetings, status updates, and constant communication.
  • Assist with recruiting events and employee branding initiatives. 
  • Proficient in recruiting metrics and reporting.
  • Partner with the Head of People on people projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years experience in a corporate recruiting capacity, ideally in a start up environment. 
  • Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting professionals across levels and functions.
  • Technology recruiting experience required.
