Senior Site Reliability Engineer

At Holler, we're redefining what's possible in real time cloud-based conversation analysis. Come be a part of the team that's making history with your advanced expertise in the operational management of AWS infrastructure. To support our rapid growth, we are building out our operations team in midtown Manhattan, seeking a candidate that will work  closely with the other members of our multidisciplinary dev and operations team. Under the guidance of CTO, you will support Holler’s new product that enhances the intimacy of the brand-consumer relationship through patent-pending innovative technologies and responsible for the availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response, among other things, of the platforms and services that our company runs and owns.


Responsibilities:

  • Produce incident reports
  • Create and maintain runbook
  • Automate monitoring and alerting
  • Manage cost optimization
  •  Create and manage Identity/Access strategy 


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an SRE for a large AWS platform
  • Knowledgeable of AWS management, best practices and services
  • Background in Software Development Experience with automation and deployment of code into production
  • Understanding of DevOps, Cloud, and Security
  • Strong capabilities in:
  • Infrastructure as code
  • Automated monitoring and alerting
  • Cloud cost optimization and management
  • Creation management and monitoring of highly secure cloud platforms
  • Automated code deployment
  • Identity Management
  • Container orchestration
  • CI/CD
  • Required Skills: AWS ECS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Redis, MySQL
